Hoyland Town Hall in Barnsley started life as the area’s administrative hub however it had sat empty for a number of years. As part of a wider regeneration project Barnsley Council agreed a planning proposal to covert the building into apartments.
The Old Town Hall development was completed for local investors The Investment Room and is located within the town centre. From start to completion the project took a total of 6 months despite the fact that this project was under construction during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The scheme comprises a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments each with a size of 40-50m2 per flat.
